All around amazing! The application process was simple and move in was a breeze. The biggest seller for me was the location of this apartment! It is near great places to eat, shop, nightlife, and more. The amount of space you get for the price is a great value, especially for the Gold Coast. The apartment staff is very nice and maintenance is quick to respond to any need. Another plus of this apartment complex is all the activities they plan for residences...I love being a resident of 14 W Elm!

This is one of the best places we have ever lived!! The staff and owners are incredible! John and Olivia have really brought a great sense of community to the building. You will not regret making the choice to live here! The apartments are bright and spacious, the rooftop is incredible with the lake views and gas grills and the atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. We love 14 West Elm!
